The stay was pretty good overall. The bed in our room was really comfortable, and having laundry facilities available was a plus. However, the breakfast could have been better. the attendant was distracted and there weren't enough utensils or options. On a positive note, the staff, especially Oscar, were very friendly and attentive to our needs throughout our stay.

Perfect for families wanting comfort
You wouldn’t believe the fresh cookies waiting at check-in.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you get what you pay for. Worth every penny.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a great location for exploring the area. Staff members were friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to providing recommendations and assistance. However, there was an unpleasant sewage smell near the pool area that was concerning, and the breakfast options felt limited compared to other hotels. Despite this, the welcoming atmosphere makes it a place I'd consider visiting again.

We had a fantastic time at the pool, which was open 24 hours, making it a hit with our teen kids! The staff greeted us with fresh cookies, and it felt incredibly welcoming. The spacious room was clean, and breakfast options were perfect for our busy mornings.
In my wife’s opinion, the carpets could use upgrading.

The staff was super nice, and our room was clean and spacious. We tried white water rafting and also visited The Laughing Clam for some of the best fish and chips around. The breakfast was great too, making it a perfect start to our adventures!
The only downside was that finding the hotel was a bit tricky, especially with some road signs misdirecting us.

The indoor pool was super warm and open 24 hours, which was awesome! Our room was cozy and super clean. We loved having fresh cookies and hot chocolate at night. missingWrote a review on Jun 04friendly staffcomfortable bedpoor breakfastnoisy hallway
The check-in was pleasant thanks to the friendly staff. Fresh cookies greeted me, which added a nice touch. The indoor pool was a warm delight and open 24 hours, making it convenient even late at night. The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. I enjoyed having coffee available around the clock. However, the breakfast left much to be desired. The items were sparse, and they ran out of essentials like butter and fruit, which was disappointing. I did find the noise levels from the hallway a bit disruptive at times. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful, but the breakfast management needs serious improvement.
